Backstory: Camilla “Milly” Primrose March was born on June 14 in Bath, Somerset, South West England, the third child of Jasper and Millicent March. The March family is an old, pure-blood family that strives on tradition and academia. Camilla has two older brothers, Miles and Hugh, and a younger sister, Agnes. An introduction to books at an early age propelled Camilla into a lifetime of devotion to learning, much to the pleasure of her parents. She also took up the violin, quickly becoming a talented player. She possessed a sense of free spiritedness that was not see in her other siblings. This baffled her parents, and they tried many things to stifle her bohemian-like qualities. After many failed attempts, the family learned to accept Camilla’s unconventional personality. It was during childhood that Camilla developed a taste for vintage clothing, many times wearing her mother’s old clothes. The older she got, the more she learned how to combine her free spiritedness with the more traditional mannerisms of her family. This developed into the personality she has today. At age 11, she received her acceptance letter to Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. The Sorting Hat placed Camilla in Ravenclaw, instantly recognizing her intelligence and her fondness for wordplay. She quickly made friends, charming people with her good-humored nature. She excelled academically in her First Year, and has continued that excellence into her current Sixth Year. In her Third Year, she joined the Hogwarts orchestra. Struggling with the balance of studying and a social life, Camilla often times becomes overwhelmed with trying to please everyone. Even though she fit the criteria of the intelligent and witty Ravenclaw, Camilla still feels like a bit of an outsider because she‘s vastly different from her siblings Hugh and Agnes, who are respectively Seventh and Fourth Year Gryffindors. She has had a few relationships over the years at Hogwarts. They never last long because Camilla tends to let her emotions run rampant, which has scared guys off. Putting on a brave face, she doesn’t want anyone to know the fear she harbors of being alone. This is the main reason she attempts to surround herself with people and carry on conversations with total strangers. While Camilla is normally cheery and positive, she becomes dismal and annoyed when confronted with the Dark Arts and rude people. On more than once occasion, she has stated that the wizarding world would be better off without either.
